Mike Peel

Michael Peel is an award-winning London based filmmaker. Having worked as a cinematographer, cameraman, drone pilot, editor and colourist on a variety of commercial and award winning independent projects:

His most recent production,ย GERVASE, won โ€˜Best Documentary Featureโ€™ and โ€˜Best Editing in a Documentary Featureโ€™ at the 2020 Documentary Screen Awards, it was the recipient of the Silver Award at the Spotlight Documentary Film Awards, has been nominated for โ€˜Best Editing in a Documentary Featureโ€™ at Southampton International Film Festival and was a Finalist at the New York International Film Awards for โ€˜Best Documentary Featureโ€™.

He is the co-founder ofย BottleRocket Film LTD; an independent, London based production company, making dramas, corporates and documentaries.

He is a Director of Liberal Arts at Regentโ€™s University London and was previously the Undergraduate Course Leader in BA Practical Filmmaking & BA Screenwriting at Central Film School in London.
